The journey of your order
Four stops, one package. Times below start from order confirmation and may vary slightly depending on destination.
1. Day 0–1 — Order confirmed
We receive your order and send it to the warehouse for preparation.
2. Day 1–2 — Packed and handed to the courier
Your package is checked, carefully packed, and handed over to the courier.
3. Day 3–6 — In transit
Your package travels toward your city. You can follow it every step of the way with your tracking code.
4. Day 8–12 — Delivery
The courier delivers the package to the address provided. No signature required for most orders.

On average 6 to 8 business days from order confirmation — 1–2 days for preparation, the rest for transit to your door.
Can I track my package?
Yes. As soon as the package is handed to the courier, you'll receive an email with the tracking code and a link to follow it in real time.
What happens if my package is late beyond 8 days?
It rarely happens, but if it does, contact us with your order number — we'll check the status with the courier and update you within 24 hours.
Do you ship outside your home country?
Yes, we also ship internationally. Delivery times may differ from the 6–8 days quoted for domestic orders.
